Will my personal and payment information be safe?

Yes. We value your privacy and the trust you have placed in us. We only collect information you willingly provide and everything is heavily encrypted to secure your details from any unauthorized access. We do not share, sell, or make use of your information outside from fulfilling your orders and giving you updates regarding our products. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We prioritize customer satisfaction, so if ever our products arrive damaged or they do not meet your needs, we have a 100% money-back guarantee. 

How can I get a refund?

We only process your refund once you’ve agreed to return the product to us. We have a 30-day full refund duration, so as long as you email us at Support@Healthadds.com for a return/refund request within 30 days upon receiving the product, we can give you a full refund in the original form of your payment. Refund requests that go beyond 30 days can only be repaid with store credit in the form of gift cards and not money. International orders and all items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach a picture of the product to your email request and send it within 7 days of the delivery. How long until I can receive my refund?

After the returned items arrive back at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 8-10 days. 

Will I pay for shipping if I return an item?

When your return/refund request is sent within 30 days after delivery, we will send you a prepaid shipping label covering the entire shipping cost for the return. However, if you contact us more than 30 days later, you’ll be solely responsible for shipping back the item at your own expense. 

What are your store hours?

We are open on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Eastern Time, and we are closed on weekends. However, you can always order on our website 24/7.

How much is your shipping fee?

Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping provider, the weight of your items, and the distance between our warehouse and your location.   To get an exact amount, proceed to checkout and choose a shipping option that best suits you.   The shipping fee will then reflect on the page. 

How long until my order arrives?

Domestic shipping within the USA takes 3-6 business days, while international shipping takes longer with a range of 8-10 business days.   Excluding the shipping duration, we also take 1-2 days to process and handle your orders.   However, expect delays during weekends and holidays.
